Bloomers, hotpants, jeans and skirts of every length work with this piece and as I’ve made it a tie on, one size fits all. Despite the skirts luxurious look its machine washable for convenience.
Because it is made using a beautifully crisp taffeta it gives a lovely rustling sound when you walk.
